Why is a culture match so important?
Brian Strandes is the president of two sister staffing and recruiting agencies, 9 to 5 Search and 10 til 2. Brian purchased 10 til 2, a part-time staffing agency, and realized that employers and employees alike were both looking for more full-time work. Brian created 9 to 5 Search to meet the need for full-time opportunities. Brian believes that it is paramount to hire people who fit the culture of an organization, and that is a big focus for both of his companies.
